X6 Ultimate - cannot install ultimate features

Hello!

I have just bought PaintShop Pro X6 Ultimate. I have installed the 64bit version and now I try to install the Ultimate features (CreativeCollection and PerfectlyClear). But that does not work!

Every time I try it, the installation aborts because "the path is empty". No matter what I do, it´s always the same. Uninstalled PSP, installed again. Re-downloaded everything. All does not help!
I have also downloaded the CreativeContent from my member account, but there is exactly the same error. I cannot install any content for PSP. What can I do?

Install both versions of PSP, the 64 and 32 bit version. Many plug ins will not run with the 64 bit version so if you use a lot of plug ins then you may need the 32 bit version anyway. I have installed both versions followed by the creative content on my Win 7 64 bit desktop and Win 7 laptop along with the creative collections etc with no problems.

I have tried that, re-installd PSP again, this time in 32 and 64 bit, but the result is the same. Same error and I still cannot install any of the Ultimate additions. What´s wrong here? I do not understand this. PSP is up to date, no updates available.

Any other suggestions?

Still no luck!

Every time I get this "The given Path is empty" error message.

So, can I manually enter or correct this path somewhere? In the registry or in an .ini file?

I want to install these files now. I have paid for Ultimate and cannot use it. That´s a bit... unsatisfying.

Since you have only just bought the program, and Corel has a 90 day free support option for installation problems, I suggest you take it up directly with them since no one here seems to have experienced the same problem or have any workable suggestions... (And just to make clear, this is a user to user web board. Though we use the Corel servers, no one here is a Corel employee...)

To access this support, you must have registered your product with Corel. You then go to Corel.com and sign in. Then click on Contact Support. You will need then to get a Support Code, the instructions for which are:

If you have purchased or registered a supported product within the last 90 days, you are eligible for one-time free installation or activation support. If you require this service, you will need to use a support code to submit your question online. To obtain your support code, you will need to register your product if you have not already done so, and a support code will be sent to you via email. If necessary, a technical expert will schedule a call-back to further assist you.
