Activation-Bug in COREL VS X5

Since 10 month I have a registerd und activated version of COREL VS X5

Now, since some days, the program wants an activation-code at starting the program.
Sometimes the programm starts without problems and no activation-code, somethimes the programm wants an activation-code, like this...

Do you still have the original activation code? What happens if you insert that again?

I have the original activation-code from January 17th, 2013.
Sometimes COREL VS X5 is starting, sometimes VS X5 ist not starting.
After 3-5 attempts, the program will start sometime. These attemps are nerving.
I'm using "VIDEOSTUDIO" since 2005: using since Ulead 5+6+7 -->> COREL VIDEO STUDIO 10+11+12+14+15+17+19+19.5+20 WIN 10

Today, the activation bug of November 2013 is existing again...with the same bug-screen.
Perhaps COREL has a problem because my computer has received in former days a new IP-adress...

What can I Do ??

Some days its quit...no problems...and today again the "buggy" activation-message...
