Lost install disks

I had purchased a copy of Corel Videostudio Pro X4 Ultimate in 2012 and installed it successfuly. I reinstalled it once more this spring during a complete system reinstall, but since then I cannot find the installation DVD, including the serial number that was provided on a sticker on the disk envelope (I have only found an empty box with the manual and 3D glasses). I managed to regain the serial number from my registration at corel.com and it works fine with the trial version of the application; however, there is no trial version of the Ultimate edition. Unfortunately, version X4 is not supported by Corel any more. Can anyone help me where to obtain a copy of the installation DVD, either by mail, or as a downloadable disk image?

I am not at all sure whether that procedure works if you bought Discs - it works for people who bought by download - but it might be worth your while just having a look - fingers crossed.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately this seems to work only for online purchases and not the boxed versions. There are no items in the order list for my account.
