Possible bug in Videostudio x6 Ultimate?
After rendering a vsx6 project to avchd 60P. The result on the rendered video mt2 file is that audio files on music track suddenly end. This does not happen when rendering to other formats! The music files are all royalty free and included with videostudio.

Can you explain a bit more please? Do you mean they no longer play at all? Or do they play part of the way and then end? Or something else? What if they are in the Voice track?...audio files on music track suddenly end.

Re: Possible bug in Videostudio x6 Ultimate?
The first music file stops playing about half way through. It only does this when rendering AVCHD 1920 x 1080 60p. When rendering to other formats AVCHD 1920 x 1080 30P or any other type there is no problem. No I have not tried the voice track. But I will.
I tried the voice track same result. I did figure out one thing though. The music file I am using is called melancholy.mp3 it starts about .06 seconds in and is about 68 secounds long. I fade the music track out at about 53 secounds "this is where the video starts". If I leave the mp3 original "no fading at 53 seconds then avchd 60p works fine, but if I trim sound nodes at about 53 seconds, then when the video is rendered the mp3 shuts of at about 25 seconds. Once again It only does this when rendering avchd 1920 x 1080 60p.

Vs for many versions has had problems with certain types of MP3, particularly those produced with the LameMP3 codec. If you have sound editing software, try converting your mp3 to standard .wav format, and use that instead. (If you don't have audio editing software, the freeware Audacity does an excellent job.)

Yes I did try converting to wave, "I use dbpoweramp" It did not solve issue. I also tried other mp3 files to see if it was just the melencholy file but it did not matter, the problem exists with any mp3 wav or other file.Ken Berry wrote:Vs for many versions has had problems with certain types of MP3, particularly those produced with the LameMP3 codec.
