Good evening. I found the Corel VS youtube channel earlier today and have become aware that the "ultimate" features did not load. The opening screen says that I have the ultimate edition (for which I paid) but the ultimate features are not in my FX tab. Is there something special that I have to do in order to load these features?

Did you remember to also download and install the Bonus Pack, the link would have provided in your order confirmation email from Corel
