pictures

I have created a VCD with Pictureshow 1.0, the pictures on it are poor quality. Since then I have much inproved on my photo editing. Does anyone know how to retreive the original Jpeg pictures from the VCD so I can sort them and re do it.
PS I no longer have the original pictures on my PC.

Your pictures are already encoded to video format and have the VCD standards. Your pictures had conformed to VCD resolution that's why it appeared to have poor quality compared to its its original. You won't be able to retrieve original resolutions for your picture as it has been converted already to video. ^_^
