I have upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to windows 8.1 VSPX6 opens, but the software crashes wen I try to screen capture or attempt to play a mp4 or mpeg file in VSPX6. VSPXS6 appears to work with wmv's, jpegs, wavs and mp3s.
I would appreciate any assistance.
