It is obviously possible since some third parties have done it in the past - Burger for instance, but I don't think anyone on here has sufficient knowledge of the programming required to create a completely new transition.

Have you looked at the full selection available from Vitascene and Newblue.

but what sort of effect were you looking for - it is not always necessary to use an actual transition to 'transist' you can do it with images etc. in the overlay track fading in and out.

But I currently have 135 transitions in X6 - many of these have some customisation with regard to direction and colour - maybe you could just use one of those.

Sir,

I have tried with image but i'm not getting satisfied.. My project is related to cooking only..

I've not installed vitascene or newblue.. How can i install? Is it free?

I'm looking to move a logo from side to another side as a transition or something like that..

Also i wish to know how can we get some free music which is royalty free? And how can i create a custom gif for intro's like the ones which we get in videostudio Do More thingy?

I quickly knocked up this demo of the sort of thing I had in mind :-- http://youtu.be/1MxUozHDyS8

you have to buy the Vitascene and Newblue effects - they are quite expensive.

There is a lot of Free and Royalty Free music available on the internet - search using Google for "Free Music"

Yes I just put an image in the overlay track and applied motion to it.

for a clean change you do have to make sure the image fills the screen completely or else you can see the video change around the overlay - you can also speed it up by shortening the time for the image in the overlay.

Did you use the "Direction/Style" for motion?
