X6 restarting issues

X6 restarting issues
Hi, when I use X6, it works fine until I turn it off. When I need to use it again it will not restart. X5 restarts fine. I have to restart the computer each time. any ideas please?

Re: X6 restarting issues
It sounds like X6 is still running even though you have closed the program. Take a look in your task manager to see if it is still running and if so, shut it down. You should now be able to re-open the program without re-booting your computer. This doesn't solve the problem but it is a workaround.
