First, thanks in advance for reading this!
I've had WinDVD pro 11.5 for about 6 months. No problems, great programme. I watched a Bluray today and it's tinted red (blacks look reddish, colours seem a brownish colour). I immediately blame our cheap LCD TV, but then realise when WinDVD is minimised the screen looks normal. The only thing different with the computer is the update to windows 8.1.
What I know:
WinDVD used to work perfectly.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, with the patches, no luck.
Only WinDVD is affected. If I have WinDVD and internet explorer side by side, IE displays normal colours.
It's all of WinDVD (i.e. the welcome screen also has a red tinge, even without a Bluray present)
It's happens on both an LCD HDTV and a normal LCD monitor.
It doesn't happen in media center when playing normal DVDs.
All the video settings in 'tools>enhancements' are greyed out.
I know in the scope of world problems this is small. Small, but really bugging me. Any help would be appreciated
