PaintShop Pro X5 - instalation issue

Hi,
I need help to reinstall PaintShop Pro X5 and to make the story short...
- before was installed on windows 8 ( was perfect)
- the hard drive to my computer decide to stop working
- I changed the hard drive and I decide to reinstall the previous version of windows 7( considering that is better for me)
- during the installation of PainShop Pro X5 I have the following message:
" your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again"
I tried to run again and again but I have the same message.
I delete all files from my computer related to PaintShop Pro X5 and nothing happened.
I change security level to zero...nothing happened.

Please, I bought this program two months ago and I use it for my self, for my personal pictures...I need help.
