PSP5 won't activate

PSP5 won't activate
I loaded PSP5 last January and registered it. It appears on my account in the Corel Web page. Each time I try to start I get a message that I have not activated the software, When I try to activate the software I get the message Error :Invalid serial number. Just what is going on. When I tried to sort it out I just got a message from Corel that they could not understand the problem. I now need to use this package and cannot get through to Technical Support without payment. Really bad bad service - can anyone help
