Awards? Thank you's? Something...

Curious, I run quite a few forums - created many, admin on several, moderator on tons - and wonder why on these forums we don't have any "Thank you" buttons, or "Like" buttons, or anything like that?

The reason I ask is that when people respond to a question I post, I would truly like to thank them, post for them, whatever! I know it's not something huge, it actually is a simple "click to turn it on" mod for phpBB, so why not???

Just curious, as I do post thank you's, but would be nice if we could go and click on a like button or something similar so that the member whom answers all the questions can get sort of a reward for being so fabulous. Yes, someone today answered a question for me on PSP x6 in less than an hour after my posting, and his answer was simple, easy, short and fast. That person deserves a hundred thank you's for posting such a wonderful comment!!!

Anyway, just curious...

Just one of the things we have never thought about I guess - any one who wants to say thank you just says so in their next post.
