How to burn 1920 x 1080 / 50 or 60p Disks

Post by jmone »

As many threads point out, there is (currently) no Blu-ray std for 1920x1080 at 50 or 60p, yet the related std for AVCHD Version 2.0 does support this. Also many HW and SW players have the ability to decode these streams so it is not a physical limitation but a lack of "official" support. I have written up a couple of reviews on my success (and otherwise) for how to create and burn BD's at these frame rates that may be interesting for some. As one of the reviews involves another product I won't post it here but you can read it at - http://www.pdreditors.com/viewforum.php?f=6

Happy 50/60p burning!
