Have you tried shutting down VideoStudio - then restarting it - what happens then.

hi~

when it crash, it centainly needs to relaunch the execution file. so the scenario is:

Once it crash while editing in 'output to disk' dialog, then it it will always crash while openning exist projects and entering 'output to disk'; it would only not crash while create a empty project and enter 'output to disk'.

Thx for answer.

Hi

I assume you are trying to burn a Standard Definition DVD.

With your project open in the timeline tell us how long the project is then choose
Share Create Video File – DVD

This will render the project to a new Mpeg video file.
The file will be Mpeg2 DVD compliant capable of being burned to disc without further conversion.

Assuming this process completes without problems, (if not we will need more details of your project content and video files used.)

Now.....
Start a new project – nothing in the timeline
Share Create Disc – DVD — this opens the burner module
Top left Insert Media-Insert Video File-browse for the Mpeg file created above.

Continue to create your menu.
