Re: File format mismatch
To get good results in VideoStudio you MUST crop them to a 16:9 format say 1600 x 900 or 3200 x 1800 or 800 x 450
YOU CHOOSE WHICH SIZE as long as it is the 16 x 9 format in landscape format

My friend,
There are pictures that the original picture is portrait.
I can't crop it to landspace format.

Re: File format mismatch
Then it will not show well in a video if you want to fill the screen - it will have empty borders each side.

Re: File format mismatch
My friend,
Behind the pictures there are videos that are 4:3.
So the pictures don't have to be 16:9 my friend.
Now I do other project just 4:3 and I save it to screen it on plasma tv my friend.
But some pictures are blurry..
What can I do?

Re: File format mismatch
The first step to getting pictures which are not blurry is to crop them to the same format as your project - 16:9 OR 4:3 - they can be any number of pixels.
If you new project is 4:3 crop all your pictures to 4:3 - only you can decide how much to crop but you must end up with a photo which is 4 wide for every 3 high - it can be 400x300 OR 800x600 OR 1200x900 or any other combination of pixels which have a ratio of 4:3
You must do this in a proper photo editing programme to preserve the quality - do not do it in Powerpoint
When you have done that and put them in the timeline are they blurry as soon as you look at them - or only after you have done some editing.

Re: File format mismatch
The first thing I always do if something like that happens is to shut down the computer completely - go away and make a cup of coffee - come back after 10 minutes or so - restart the computer - start VideoStudio and try again.

unless you know what caused it - you cannot tell what to do to stop it happening again.

Re: File format mismatch
maybe not - who can tell - if we don't know what caused it we cannot say - maybe it was a 'bad' photo in this project - next time no bad photo no problem. maybe something else on your computer interfered with the programme - next time it may not.
