Hey Trevor - no need for the "shared" sites, what I posted is the same image. I've cropped the images based on the comments in this thread, all the way down to 780 pixels wide, and it doesn't make any difference. Now, based on your comments, all of my jpeg photos do have EXiF info attached to them. I can remove that and try them again, but I will bet it's not the issues. I can save them in a separate folder, remove all of the attached data from them and then try uploading them into VSP. Now I don't know what is meant by "progressive" versus "baseline". I've not seen that before, so will have to research it. And again, all of these images uploaded into VSP x4 without any errors!!!lata wrote:Hi
As far as I know the largest file size you can attach to this forum is 256Kb..
I doubt if your original images are that small, but if so, zip the image and attach the zip file to your post.
Otherwise a sharing site would be best.
Windows Skydrive is free and will do the job, otherwise any of your choosing.
OK
How are you trying to add the images to Video Studio.![]()
Try this……….
Right click the timeline and select Insert Photo
Browse the hard drive for the image and select Open
Jpeg Images.
Some problems can occur if the images have been saved as Progressive rather than Baseline.
Some problems can occur if the camera has added exif details to the images.
I had some problems with a laptop, the problem was my graphics driver, not something you would expect with a new pc?
Just noticed your reply……
I have no problem inserting that image to Video Studio X6, by the way the image is baseline
