Can't Upload to Youtube From VideoStudio?

Hello. On the newest addition of Corel VideoStudio, I've been trying to upload a video to youtube (a 30 second one). Everytime, right before it's finished uploading on Corel I get the error message 'Upload failed due to a connection error. Please check your connection and try again'. I've tried uploading it to 4Mpeg-HD and MPEG-4. I've tried converting the video to various different files (Avi 750x576, MP4 704x480, etc). My computer's internet is perfectly fine and extremely fast, without any lag. I'm hoping to upload the video through Corel only because, despite my fast internet, I waited over ten minutes on a manual upload for the same video on youtube and after those ten minutes were up it was still at only 4%.
Is there any way to possibly get around this?

Uploading through VideoStudio uses exactly the same connection and protocols as uploading direct from your Windows programmes - there is no magic trick inside VideoStudio.

If it will not upload outside of VideoStudio then there is no reason why it should upload from inside VideoStudio.

Is this just the one video or is it happening with many vidoes ?

Please put the video you are trying to upload into the timeline of VideoStudio - RIGHT click over it and from the pop-out choose 'Properties" - take a screen shot of those properties and post them up here so we can have a look at them..

I have the exact same issue. And I can upload just fine with Chome, but not Video Studio X9.

Youtube, at their prerogative, change things on their backend API. Then it's up to Corel to play catchup to fix things on their end. Youtube I am sure send out zero notices that this is happening, since you can upload to them fine without having Corel be a gate to them.
I've stopped uploading from within the program a long long time ago. I export and then upload directly to youtube. Never a problem, and I never have to wait for Corel to catch up to what youtube is doing on their end.
