Problem with Paint Shop Pro X6 Starting!

Post by jojomart »

I purchased Paint Shop Pro Ultimate on August 26th, and today I go to start up the program and get the following message:

This copy of Paint Shop Pro has expired, and will now terminate.

I have the proper serial number and everything, so why am I getting this message??

Can someone from admin please either PM me or email me asap?

Thank you,
Joanne

You should really try contacting Corel through their website.

If you need to contact customer support about registration or activation of a product you can use this form

http://corel.force.com/support/regRequest?lang=en_US

You can also use that form if you never received your support code from Corel.

If you have a support code you can log into the Corel website, under your Account page there is a link for submitting a question. So long as it's been less than 90 days since you got the software you can submit a warranty question for free.

Just by way of further explanation, this is a user to user web board. Even those of us with Site Administrator status -- and all the Moderators -- are not Corel employees. We are users like you who volunteer their time to help out. And we Site Admin people are just that -- we are here to see to the smooth running of the forums, but we have no power over registration or other aspects of installation of a product other than that which we might have experienced personally. Corel employees only very rarely visit this Board. So I agree with Levi Fiction's advice that you try to contact Corel direct.

It's ok now, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and put the license in and it's working now :)

Thanks for the help!
