Cannot re-install VS Pro X4

First, is there a limit to the number of times that the installer works? I uninstalled VS Pro X4 about five times and each time re-installed it (in order to clean out any duplicate files of VS Pro X4 that may have been the cause of a crash-on-startup that always happened when I changed the name of the user account). I uninstalled VS Pro again but afterwards the installation wizard of the installer did not work. So now I don't have VS Pro X4 on my computer any more! Secondly, if there is a maximum limit to the number of times the installer works, is there some way to get a new installer or just get one more installation?

As far as I know there is no limit in installing Video Studio, only the EULA stating only to install on one machine.

I re-install Video Studio on a regular basis, usually after messing up with testing on this forum, never had a problem in installing any versions.

Attached to this post is a Clean-up file for X4, try running that to clear all X4 files from the pc. However having uninstalled it may not do much, worth a try.
Then purge your Temp folder for X4 files before trying to install

Internet Browser
There has been some issues with the internet and Browser Managers, Babylon etc.
Non standard toolbars or browser plugins cause some problems for Video Studio.

Your suggestions worked! Thanks a million! Not only is Corel reinstalled, but the original problem of duplicate icons has been solved. The crash on start-up doesn't happen anymore and everything appears to be working normally.
