Orange skin tones

Post by johnytrout »

I am on an x6 trial version and am getting an orange glow on skin tones.
From the browser the photos look fine, but once they are loaded up to the workspace they turn orangey.
And when they are saved they are again orange
If I copy from X6 and paste into X4 they look fine
But if I open a photo in X4 which is perfect, then copy it into X6, I get the orange effect again.
Is there a setting I have missed or do others have the same problem ??

My X6 is showing real vivid colours for some reason. (Too vivid)
What is the default setting for color management
Should the Enable Color Management box be checked or unchecked?
EDIT , All is ok in the world of PSP now, It's sorted!

I did not change any of the default settings for color management and the Enable Color Management box is checked and the Basic Color Management box is selected. I opened the same image in both X4 and X6 and I see no difference in color. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
