I tried to install the downloaded ultimate Video Studios x6 and pro x6. Both had fatal errors upon installation. .
Any suggestions?
I also have a boxed pro x3 I tried to re-install after resetting my PC to factory settings. The disc is clean and unscratched. I cannot install it. It accepts the license number and runs but ends with fatal error. I tried safe mode.Tried to install from files copied onto my computer, to no avail.
