Photo Shop Pro X6 & MS Surface Pro

I downloaded photoshop pro x6 on My 64gig surface pro. Installation went well, however, after initial start of the app (32 & 64) I the square box screen appears asking for my email address appears but doesn't allow me to add my information. No links work, nothing works but the x on the top of the window to exit. I hope I didn't just waist my money on this program. has anyone experienced this or have any means of solve? Really frustrating!!!
