PSP X6 Preview Mode not working

I cannot get proper display of the Preview mode in either the 64- or 32-bit versions of PSP X6. I have tried resetting my display characteristics but nothing works. The thumbnail and world views are OK, just no Preview mode. There are shadowy boxes that appear, but they contain no images. Also, when in other modes and having the preview box open on the screen, nothing shows in that box. Any ideas. Worked fine in PSP X4 and PSP X5.

I am using PSP X6 64-bit and the preview mode is working fine for me. Give me some more info and I may be able to find the problem. Attached screen shots so you can see the X6 version.
Preview, world and thumbnail views are working.

I played around some more and deleted the display driver and let windows install the generic. When I rebooted, windows updated the driver from the generic and everything came back. The preview mode now works in all versions of PSP again. Apparently, there was another "updated" driver on windows update in the optional category that I shouldn't have installed. Thanks to all for considering. Maybe this will help someone else.

I have had the same problem since PSP x4. If I view a panoramic image with the preview pane it works and from then on everything works till I restart PSP.
I am NOT happy or inpressed that this issue, along with install problems and "solutions" STILL exist inb X6!
