Hi all
that's the layout of my DVD:
Main menu with 1 title.
Sub Menu with 10 chapters.each chapter is a motion button and the
playlist of each chapter is the chapter# and the submenu but.....
when playing any chapter from the sub menu, instead of returning
to the sub menu the movie continues to the next chapter and later
to the following one till the end of the title.
any help will be more than welcomed.

Linking Chapters to menu
This is normal behaviour according to DVD norms. If you are unfortunate enough to have "The Sound of Music" and you click on "I am sixteen...", the whole of the rest of the film will continue therefrom.
If you do not wish this to happen, each chapter should be on a separate clip. You could then also have a "Play all" button, with each clip, in turn, in the playlist, but there will be a short hesitation between clips.

Hi devil
If that is the case and if my title is 120 min long and 4 Gigs in size
the user will have to press the menu button on the remote each time
he wants to go back to the menu?

The Playlist feature of DWS 2.x is a Title Playlist, and not a Chapter Playlist feature. So you can jump to a spot in your title, but it will continue playing until the end of that title (i.e. through the other chapters).
This is how most hollywood DVD's funtion -- the chapter button goes to a specific chapter, and then the movie plays out until the end.
As Devil mentioned, to be able to go back to the menu after a specific chapter, you would have to make that its own Title (i.e. a separate video file).
