Losing EXIF data with HDR

Losing EXIF data with HDR
I process three images with PSP X5 using the HDR feature and the EXIF data is dropped. Can someone tell how to correct this?

???
What do you expect? You're creating a new image. There's nothing to "correct".

Re: Losing EXIF data with HDR
Lets say at the simplest you are using 3 images each with their own EXIF data. Which set of EXIF data would you like your new combined image to contain. And wouldn't that EXIF data if you even managed to get it carried over be lying and irrelevant to the new image??
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867
Re: Losing EXIF data with HDR
Well other programs (ie Photomatix) maintain the original EXIF settings for the image. Not sure why PSP drops it. This is a bracketed exposure shot +-1 or 2eV. For example I shot manual F7.1 1/250s ISO 160 at 35MM bracketed exposure +-2EV. Why would it not retain any EXIF data as much of it is still pertinent to the shot including the base shutter speed of the shot. No info is ridiculous.

Even cameras that do in camera HDR processing (ie Canon) maintain EXIF data for in camera processed HDR images.
