My update won't work and judging from the response ... lots of reads, not one reply ... if anybody from Corel actually reads these posts involving problems and bugs, they're only lurking, not helping.
I'm contemplating the upgrade to PSP X6, but why? The company doesn't care. So we can deal with Adobe arrogance or Corel indifference. What a choice.

Corel staff do on the odd occasion pop in and when they do, they offer help, but the clue really is in the title
"Corel User to User Web Board"
So it is all, users helping other users, and that is what you should rely on for this forum, not help from Corel.

Posting how unresponsive Corel is on FB and Google Plus normally produces responses...
Re: Suggestion: Corel Tech Staff read these posts
Perhaps this is where all bugs and issues should be posted too to get their attention...

I agree. The dev team should check here daily! Every other dev team I've ever worked with or beta-tested for read their own companies official website DAILY if there was a Bug or Feature Request section and also discussed it with other members of the dev team. They didn't always post anything but they read it - all. And to qualify that I've been a developing member on several large and popular projects and beta-tested for quite few popular applications.
If they don't that's just ridiculous. And Monkey alone doesn't cut it - that's a pretty terrible bug-base interface.
So IMHO if they're not the kind of team interested enough to read these pages then there's little or no hope for the product. That would be a shame - I hope that's not the case!

This is their "official" user to user forum, not their official workers forum, big difference, they don't market it as a workers forum. Yes, we all agree it would be nice to have some people here interacting on a regular basis.
Whether they do or nor visit and read, we don't know, it's possible as there are sometimes replies to threads in various apps, but to "expect it" I'm afraid that just isn't going to happen.

I'd like to think that at least Corel developers and marketing/sales team are users of AfterShot Pro and having the best interest of their product at heart they would participate (or at least read) their user to user forum. I don't believe this is happening... Saying it's user to user forum as an excuse for not reading/participating in it, says to me "we (Corel team) are not users of our products." That's what it sounds like to me.
