Dear all,
Right now I'm having problems with Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 Ultimate, in the beginning it was freezing once a while, not a big deal. But right now, it doesn't even start anymore, I have a screenshot about it right here under:
Hopefully someone can help me.

Can you tell us some more about what you were doing when you get this error message: what format was the video you were trying to use? Where did it come from? We don't even know anything about your computer specifications... Have you tried reinstalling the program?
By the way, please do NOT send us the dump file (DMP) in that error message. No one here understands them -- we are not Corel technical support, just users like you who volunteer their time to help others.

Thanks for your reaction. It happend when I start the progam it has been working ok for a long time, but suddenly it just screwed. I tried reinstalling but it did not help.

One of the problems when doing a normal uninstall is that some files are left untouched, and it often does seem to be those files which are causing a problem.
Several users have had success using the X5 uninstall tool which I have attached below as a zipped file.
Please try downloading the zip file - unzipping it to find the .exe - then run that .exe - that should remove all traces of X5 from your computer.
Then install VS again as new.

Thanks for your reply, I tried, but it didn't helped, it gives a error, and I need to get in touche with the Corel Supporting team, but I can't get in touch with them, seems pretty hard.
