The official upgrade price of PSP X6 Ultimate (German) is ~70 EUR on corel.de (Full version ~ 90 EUR)
Yesterday I accidentally detect an offer for PSP X6 Ultimate Full version (German) for less then 70 EUR. I did a further investigation and found a lot of offers less the 70 EUR. Best price was ~ 63 EUR.
So I wunder why shops can sell the full version for a price that is less then the upgrade price that corel offers to their "old" customers.

I don't think this is unusual. I have seen lots of software that is often cheaper to buy through dealers than directly through the developer.
I guess if that wasn't possible the dealers would not survive or make a living from it.
