Hoping that Corel read this

I had a windows update problem which meant a re-install of W7. I have found on the Corel web-site (and subsequently uploaded from saved downloads) my copies of Pinnacle 16 ult and Roxio easyVHS to DV3. I cannot find Corel Paintshop Pro X4 but I have the serial no (that begins TS14R22- etc) Perhaps when I initially downloaded, I didn't save and obviously didn't register. What to do now? I don't have support codes so there is little help from the Corel web-site.

Try this - it works for many users :-

Go to your account page on the Corel.com website - it looks like this :-

Scroll down the page to the bottom until you see the heading "Your Order Status & History"

if your PSP order number is showing there click on the order number - this opens a page about your order and if you scroll down that page you will find the option to download again.

If your order is not showing under Your Order Status & History then click on "see all orders" under that heading but above the bottom line across the page - this will access all your orders where again clicking on the order number will open a download option page :

Thank you for your help, Brian, but this shows the orders that I placed with AVID (?). The three orders shown relate to Pinnacle 16, Mercalli add-ons and Pinnacle 16 training. None are shown for Paintshop Pro X4, nor Roxio products, nor Ulead products - under 'Registered Products' is shows Pinnacle and Roxio easyVHS. Under 'Downloads', my page says "Your membership entitles you to these additional products ........... please go to 'Patches and Updates' - there are 4 service packs to Pro X4 - but not the download that I need. O me miserum!

It looks like File Hippo still has a trial copy of X4 available for download and since you have the serial number you should be in business.
