I just chose ASP to manage my workflow. But I already depend on Picasa for a couple of reasons: sharing to Google+ and face recognition. I don't edit with Picasa, but I manage albums and so on.
From inside Picasa I can open a picture with the default image editor. Or I can tell Picasa to find the picture with Finder, and then ask Finder to open with whatever program is capable of. ASP appears in the list of such programs, but when I tell Finder to use ASP, ASP starts but it doesn't load the image.
This gets in the way of my process quite a bit, because just finding a picture takes some folder navigation, or a not-that-fast catalog search for the filename (just name, if I try the full path, ASP finds nothing).
Is there a way to do this: find a picture with Picasa, then open it in ASP? Is this a bug? Am I doing something weird?

Need to know which version of OS you are using.
ASP requires OSX 10.6.x or higher.
There is no PPC support on Intel.

Still learning after all these years!
