VIDEOSTUDIO PRO X5 ULTIMATE STARTUP FAIL

I installed VS PRO X5 Ultimate last year and run it without any problem until some weeks ago where I have got crash when launching VS X5.

Trying to run it now I get :
i) The VS X5 panel during 1 second and then the screen becomes gray
ii) And an error message appears "this program stopped running windows is trying to solve the problem".

Could you help me please

I applied the recommendation but I still have the same problem"VS pro X5 start and fail".

Hi Greg

I do not have a definite answer to why VS 5 does not run but will go through some things I would try before re-installing the program.

As I have already said the Browser Manager does cause some problems. I did a search of the knowledge Base and found more info, most refers to the Browser Manager
