As I said before, I installed both the Corel_CreativeCollection.exe and the Corel_CreativeContent.exe, which is why I've got all those picture tubes. One of the executables was downloaded from the X6 Ultimate purchase page, the other executable was downloaded from the Corel membership page.george68 wrote:I believe that there is an issue with the supposed extra material of creative collection

Re: 6 PRO ULTIMATE -> Ultimate Creative Collection ?
After doing some research I finally found the folder with the backgrounds. Since about >1 year I'm using only my own pictures as background, and being the only user on my PC using my own data partition D: I'd never have dreamed of this location. And I must say, I am a bit disappointed, sorry. In earlier Ultimate versions there were lots of specific PSP stuff, I don't know how many of these backgrounds I'll use for whatever.photodrawken wrote:If the CreativeCollection is what installed the backgrounds here, the total size of that backgrounds directory (including its subdirectories) is 409Mb.
I'll install now the Corel_CreativeContent.exe package and see what tubes are in it. Hopefully not only the ones from X4, which is still installed on my machine...
Have a nice day /evening /night

Re: 6 PRO ULTIMATE -> Ultimate Creative Collection ?
Thanks Ken. I have now looked at my membership account page and found -- under Downloads for Members and Subscribers in the "Your Products" section at top right -- the KPT, scripting and Corel_CreativeContent.exe downloads. So thank you again for that. Installation of the Creative Content pack did indeed install all those extra picture tubes, and probably more though I have not yet had time to check that out.
Like others, though, I find it disappointing that the KPT effects are only in the 32 bit version. I've been using Kai's effects since they were first released in the early '90s, and it would have been nice to have them now in X6 64 bit. But I guess reverting to 32 bit to use them will still achieve what I am after with them.

Thanks, I missed that.As I said before, I installed both the Corel_CreativeCollection.exe and the Corel_CreativeContent.exe, which is why I've got all those picture tubes
EDIT: I downloaded and installed the extra material from 'Corel_CreativeContent.exe'. It is the same content since the X2 version. Is this a joke from Corel?

I couldn't agree more. Using the KPT Collection is especially important because PSP does not have a "Clouds" render effect (great for portrait backgrounds) or a gradient map feature (useful for giving a shiny metallic surface to objects).

For what it's worth, the X6 Creative Content on my computer is here: C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Ultimate X6 Backgrounds It's identical to the X5 Creative Content that is here: C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Corel PaintShop Pro Creative Content\Ultimate X5 Backgrounds
