Can someone please help.
I have two quiestions about using title text templates in x5 ultimate.
1. I'm using a template where the characters are all moving together to form a word, I want the word to stay on the screen for few seconds after it's formed. If I stretch the template the characters just move more slowly and the text disappears soon as they come together. How can I speed up the moving of the characters and make it say still for few seconds after the word is formed.
2. When using a template where the titles scrolls up or down I want the last line to stop at the middle of the screen and stay there for few seconds.

Re: Text, motion and stop
Put you title into one of the video tracks - not the title track - then stop the title on the last frame - then take a still image of it - using "Edit >> Take a snapshot" - then put that still image in the video track immediately after your title and set it's duration for the length of time you want a still title

Re: Text, motion and stop
Re (2) -- With the title in one of the video tracks or even the Title track, you should see immediately below the various title choices up in the top right hand corner of screen, two tabs, one labelled Edit and the other Attribute. Select the latter. It should then show various things: Animation will be active, and below it "Apply" will have a tick next to it and will have in a window to its right something like "Fly". To the right of that is an icon of two T's behind each other. Click that and in the dialogue box which appears, down in the bottom left, against Pause, change it to Intermediate or User defined.

Re (3) In the timeline right click and copy the current text with the animation and place the copy to the very right of the original text in the same track. In the attributes for the copied text un-tick/check the animation option OR change it to a fade out or whatever you would like the copied text to do.
