PSP X5 nag screen AFTER closing the app

I don't remember when it started, and pretty sure its a clean system I don't do very much on it as its soley for video/photo editing and I do the occasional web browsing on it (and yes I know its enough to get viruses, etc but I don't think I do enough for that).

Anyway when I close PSP X5 I get this blank white nag screen telling me I can get some free tips for being a better photographer and then in the middle there's a checkbox to tell it that I don't want it to appear no more so I tick it then click "close" nothing happens and clicking the red X doesn't do anything and I've checked process explorer and its linked to Corel PSP X5 for sure and to close it I have to kill the process every time.

So anybody KNOW about this? Is this addressed in SP2 for X5? Or do I need to reinstall?

Others are seeing this same issue. You may find a solution in this thread by following Levi's advice to delete the downloaded messages. http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=51200

I would have searched, but since I couldn't find anything via google about it I figured I must have been the only one being slighted so I appreciate the response :).
