Downloading a second copy

Hi all

I believe I can download a copy of my software (Photo Pro X3) for use on my new laptop but cannot find a link in my account to do so.
Can anyone tell me how I might do this? (I do not have a CD player to simply reinstall).

Go to your account page on the Corel website - it looks like this :-

Scroll down the page to the bottom until you see the heading "Your Order Status & History"

if your recent order number is showing there click on the order number - this opens a page about your order and if you scroll down that page you will find the option to download again.

If your order is not showing under Your Order Status & History then click on "see all orders" under that heading but above the bottom line across the page - this will access all your orders where again clicking on the order number will open a download option page :

Hello Brian,

thanks for the prompt and detailed response. Unfortunately nothing appears here either, I assume because we didn't buy it online, but as a boxed retail version.
I assume I will have to buy a CD drive in order to install it using the CD - or do you have any other idea?

Do you have access to another computer (a friend perhaps) which does have a CD/DVD drive on it - in which case I would suggest you use that to copy all of the contents of the CD to a USB stick or flash drive and then use that to install on your laptop.
