HI All, I'm here as a very last resort.
I've been on hold to Corel for 30 minutes to be told there's no one available to take my call.
I've tried to register a ticket code to Tech Support but am unable to do so. I simply don't have one and can't see how or where to create one.
Out of frustration in this painful process, I am here now to ask my question, and it's just a simple question:
I've just installed a pre-release version of PSPX as a trial before deciding to buy it. A customer service gesture I think.
Anyway, I don't own PSPX5 but wanted to ask the question. On this pre-release version, it seems the product is taking my images, saved with a ProPhoto color space, and rendering them down to an sRGB color space for editing. Do I interpret this to mean that PSP doesn't work with or save images in ProPhoto? If anyone is using PSPX5, do you have this issue or have I missed something. I've gone through the color space preferences and don't see any options for working with ProPhoto color spaces.
Many thanks for your assistance.

Re: I Have One Simple Q to Ask:
I have ProPhoto in my list of available Color working spaces. Any color spaces installed on your computer should be available in this dialog.
Go to File -> Color Management -> Color Working space
Go to File -> Color Management -> Color Working space

Re: I Have One Simple Q to Ask:
HI Levi, Thanks, but unfortunately I can't see what your saying. I've attached two screen shots from X6 of the Colour Management window. The first shot clearly shows no available choices for ProPhoto. The second shot clearly shows ProPhoto embedded into my image, and that X6 wants to down-render it to NKAdobe.icm. I wold expect it to open in ProPhoto and then allow me to save my image in ProPhoto. Tell me if I've overlooked something. Cheers.

Re: I Have One Simple Q to Ask:
HI Levi, if ProPhoto is in your PC with X6, how did you obtain it? If it's not included in X6 by default, how do I include it and from where? Cheers.
