Re: PureHD error
Hi Sarah
And welcome to the forums
I did a google search for PureHD, appears to be associated with Nvidia and your graphics card. Your profile shows your pc using Nvidia, thanks for filling in those details.
I do not know why you are having problems, your other post also relates to poor video playback, maybe the same issue.
All I can suggest is you check for Nvidia drives updates, probably best going to the Nvidia web site
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_purevideo.html
Others on the forum may be more experienced and maybe using Nvidia Graphics.

Re: PureHD error
Hi Sarah
it does not look good I'm afraid - I did a Google search for {F8423392-2296-4748-9B66-344432459632} and it returned a lot of hits and those that I scanned over all seem to be talking about a virus - looks like something has attacked your computer - if it is a virus you PC tech should now about it and have a tool for removing it.
My Google search did throw up one topic in these very forums - the one here :-

have a read of that - and maybe do a Google search yourself - or get you PC tech to do it - if you are not a computer wizz you may need technical help to remove what appears to be a virus,
