Installation Hang Up After License Agreement

Hi all. Appreciate the help. Just downloaded the trial version. I am running Windows Vista and have encountered a hang-up while attempting to install. I ran a search of this forum and located similar but different issues from mine. I also ran the clean up program that I read about in another thread but have had no success installing.


Nature of the problem

During install, I reach the license screen. The terms are visible, and I click the box indicating that I agree. "Next" then becomes available. I click "Next" and nothing occurs. I have restarted my computer and attempted numerous times. No error message appears.

Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?)

Downloaded from the Corel homepage.

What devices are involved and their mode of connection?

Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop.

I finally got the program to install.

In case any one else encounters a similar issue, the problem may be with you .NET framework. I had to uninstall and reinstall my .NET framework to get the PSP installation to execute.

Another symptom of a corrupted .NET framework is Windows inability to complete updates.
