It doesn't really help that you have started a new thread instead of simply reviving your old one. Now you will get all the same old questions. It would be helpful if you could provide a link to your original thread rather than expecting us to go searching for it.

To start with, you say:
The program will have various file extensions usually UDF OR MOFF and others
What program has these extensions? Or do you mean that the disc you create has files with these extensions on them?

If it is a genuine video DVD, then the only file extensions will be .vob, .bup and .ifo and these will all be found in a folder on the disc labelled Video_TS. There will also be an Audio_TS folder, but this should be empty. Does your disc have a Video_TS folder on it?

As you can see I still have my original problem CANNOT BURN VIEWABLE DISC in video studioX5 pro.
I have been working off and on for over a year! It appears to me that something is missing on my program ,when it comes to choosing a program to do my videos VIDEO STUDIO does not appear as an option ,WHY? (I chose to use internet explorer).
I have made a video and tried MANY, MANY times to burn it to a disc.
This last time using internet explorer along with Video studio x5 it appears to be burnt to the disc but when I try to view it a dropdown box stats :(This file does not have a program associated with it to preform this action. Please install a program or if one is installed ,create an association in the default program control pane.)
What does that mean? SORRY but I need HELP I just want to make this work SO BADLY.

Since you are not really explaining what you are doing it is impossible to tell what you are doing wrong.
Can you please describe exactly what you are doing?
You say you made a video. How did you do that?

What are you doing when you do this "using internet explorer along with Video studio x5"? What does IE have to do with it?

If you look at my inquires you will see I still have the same problem.
As I have already said above, what is now happening with this second thread is to create confusion. It would certainly be a help if you in fact posted a link to your previous "inquiries" so that we are not all just asking the same questions over and over again.

Like canuck, I am totally mystified by your reference to Internet Explorer in combination with VS. Did you mean Windows Explorer i.e. using the file burning functions found there? If you use the disc burning function of Video Studio, any version, you would select Share > Create Disc > DVD, insert a disc in the burner, build your menu, then burn -- all using Video Studio. Then you could play back the resulting disc in a DVD player or on your computer using software DVD player programs.

But please provide a link to your previous query. Don't expect us to have to go searching for it.

Ken Burns what I am trying to do is create a video and burn it to a disc or discs, I can create the video and have tried to burn it as instructed but its on the disc and cannot be viewed ( claims bad disc ) . I Thought that was a problem with Corels abilty to burn it so I tried other burner programs eg internet explorer and several others to no avail.
I tried again last night an Got a dropdown box from Corel stating: (The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send a Dump file for analysis)
I would prefer to use e-mail but cannot find a working site
Can you help ? Bengee

I tried other burner programs eg internet explorer and several others to no avail.
Again, I can only state that internet explorer has absolutely nothing to do with burning a disc, let alone a video DVD. I can only agree with canuck that you are not helping yourself by not answering our reasonable questions.

KEN Sorry if I didn't answer your question but I did use COREL VIDEO X5 ULTIMATE it would burn to disc but I could not open or read it . Believe you me I tried that at least 50 times. So I thought that I would have to try something else.
I UNDERSTAND that everything should be included in the program. Do I have to add something else Bendgee

Well if VS didn't work, and you tried other programs and they too didn't work, doesn't that suggest to you that it is not a software problem but something wrong physically either with your computer generally, or more specifically with the burner?

What other programs (apart from 'internet explorer") did you try using? Nero? A freeware burning program such as ImgBurn?

Why don't you simply explain, step-by-step what you are doing? Don't use generic terms but be specific.

Using Windows Explorer look at one of the DVDs you burned and tell us what folders and files are on that DVD.

Since you have not given us a link to your previous thread as requested, I have now done a search and found it. But that other problem related to burning a DVD-RW disc, and not a DVD-R disc, which you said then you could burn (and play) successfully.

So what is the situation right now? Are you still trying to solve your problem with that RW disc, or are you now also having trouble with an ordinary DVD-R disc? Have you tried playing the disc on a friend's DVD player?

TO Helpful people:
I am going to explain what my problem is; I want to make a video with my PSP X5 Ultimate program.
I can do this and burn it to a DVD disc but can only watch it on my computer. If I try anywhere else like different DVD-CD MACHINES it states ( BAD DISC). Because of lack of knowledge I tried to burn a disc by other means. Lots more problems.
The disc that I make states it is an ISO FILE . I have tried several DVD players the results always the same (bad disc)
don't know how to get out of this problem.
I am sorry to be such a bother but I would like to send Friends and Relatives a disc video that they can view.

Do you ever read any of our replies? You never seem to answer any of our questions but keep stating your problem.
You want to create a DVD but you are obviously doing it wrong.
Please give a step-by-step description of what you are doing.

Can you please post the filenames of the files on the DVD your burned?
If burned the iso file to a DVD (as a data file) then of course it cannot be read by any DVD player.

You need to use a video editing piece of software and dvd authoring, NOT photo editing software
