Noise ninja not running on exportation to JPG Normal Size

Hi,

I'm having this very annoying issue, I need to export to JPG a batch of pictures and noticed that when I create the proofs the noise ninja it's applied without issues, however when exported to normal size in good quality the Noise Nija does not apply and the pictures are extremely noisy

Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

ASP 1.27
Ubuntu Linux 13.04 32-bit
