(X5) Rotating video small amount?
Is it possible with X5 to rotate a video arbitrary number like 8%? I know the video can be rotated 90% but unsure about just a minor rotation. If not possible in x5 maybe in x6? Thanks.

Yes it is - in the 'FX' library you will find a filter called 'Rotate' - drag it down onto your video in the timeline.
Open the 'Options' panel and first use the small drop down at bottom left to set left or right rotation - then click on "Customise Filter" to set the rotation you require in one degree steps.
