To record your screen capture
1 Choose one of the following options:
Full screen — lets you capture the entire screen. When you launch the Screen Capture toolbar, this option is enabled by default.
Custom — lets you specify the area to capture. The capture area dimensions are displayed accordingly. You can also specify an application window to capture by choosing an option from the list of active programs.
2 Click Settings to access more options.

I can only suggest that you post a detailed step by step list of your workflow, in that way perhaps some one with more experience that me can confirm if everything is being done correctly.Failing that you could try a reinstall.

Hi Ibereck
If you record other windows rather than World of Warcraft do you still have a problem.
I guess I am asking if it’s a warcraft issue or the pc in general, that any full screen recordings causes problems.
Is the pc upto date with Windows Updates, including the graphics driver.
Have you tweaked the Graphics Driver/card to boost gaming?
