Had a problem when screen capture stopped working, stating that I had an audio problem, so I uninstalled X6 Ultimate and reinstalled.
Screen capture is now working EXCEPT that as soon as the recording starts, red flashing cross hairs appear which I cannot remove and they show on the captured video. This did not happen before when screen capture was working. Is there a resolution on how to stop these cross hairs from appearing.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Robert

Re: Screen Capture X6 Cross Hairs
Hi Robert
For some reason the grey matter seems to remember a red X-hair, but maybe with ProDad stuff
I guess that would be removed after payment, yes I know you own the software so the red lines should not show……….
Not sure what to suggest.
First can you try re-setting the program to its default as installed state.
Rename the folder :-
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\16.0
To “16.0Copy”
Then run Video Studio a new 16.0 folder will be created.
Does that make any difference?

Re: Screen Capture X6 Cross Hairs
Hi Trevor,
You were correct, as soon as I had reinstalled X6, I immediately launched Screen Capture, to make sure that it was now working correctly, which it was, except for the red cross hairs, this was before I had re-registered the program, after registration, the cross hairs disappeared.
Robert
