Problem with Product Serial Number

I purchased UleadVideo Studio 8 using the upgrade process from Element 5 on Aug 21, 2004. I am just starting to use the product now and am having a problem accessing the menu template page to make a DVD (see earlier post). I have been trying to contact Ulead technicial support but am told that I need a serial number for the product to continue. I am not able to find one since it is an upgrade. I even checked in the 'about Ulead" section on the software itself but the area where the serial number should be is blank. Any ideas? Thanks.

The program is not installed properly. I think you need to remove it and install it again to make it worked.

You were correct! I removed the program and re-installed it and everything now works great! Thanks for your help in this matter.
