How can I copy and paste text into a title frame? I have been unable to do anything but add the text manually every time.

After you have copied the text from wherever to your clipboard - click into the title frame on the " Double click here to add a title" instruction then use the standard keyboard shortcut of ctrl+V (both keys together) to paste the text.

Ctrl+P is not a copy and paste function, although you would think P would be correct
