Several years ago I bought this product. I am a great fan and user.
a couple of weeks back for some reason the software became corrupt and I could not repair it so I uninstalled it
and purchased a new version (Pro X3 Ultimate) and registered it.
1. At the end of the installation I get the message that there is a previous version on my PC....This was uninstalled!!!
I have tried on several occasions to install and still get the same message : Cannot install as I already have a previous version!
2. I have had the PC and software checked by a professional service and they have found no solution!
3. I cannot get a support ticket as it is not installed and I refuse to pay €19,00 for a product not installed
4. The hotline just refers me to the web! The serial number is correct and I have registered it.
Any brilliant ideas as I have searched every corner of the Coral website?
Perhaps I should try phoning US support and that will probably cost me the same as buying a support ticket for a product that does not install.
