I hope I am not the only one, so anyone has this problem can get it solved. On some playback of Blu Ray discs in WinDVD 2009 (10.0.5.822 LOGID119580).
When I tried to see if I could change to another Region (A, B, or C) but all selections are grayed out AND it says I have 0 "changes until permanent".
I don't know if this is the cause but I rented the Blu Ray from Redbox. I did used to have an error come up with all Blu Ray movies and it was somewhat related to Region but I fixed that error but now have this problem.
Few more things to note. I am using a Toshiba Satellite L675D Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with my Blu-Ray ROM disc drive (built-in).
Do I need an update/patch? Or is there nothing I can really do?
