I have been using VideoStudio for quit some time but always just made files and never tried to make discs from the program.
I read through the manual this morning and started out.
Under Share, I went to create disc DVD and successfully loaded my VSP file as I wanted. The instructions were to go to click next for preview and after previewing click next again for the burn step. There is no "next" button in the preview step, only a back button. And when I go back there is nothing that says go to the burn step, only "next" so I am stuck in a loop.
Is this an install problem or something else?
No "next" button in Prox2

Re: No "next" button in Prox2
I am not sure that there is a 'next' button on the screen you show - it is usual to go back first then use the next button in the previous screen to get to the burn screen - but the back button does appear to be in the wrong place so it could be an incompatibility problem due to running X2 on windows 7 without applying service pack 1
have you downloaded and installed service pack 1 for X2 from here :--

In the meantime, you could also use the keyboard command Alt+N to go to the next page.

Re: No "next" button in Prox2
thank you guys!
Brian that did the trick. For what it is worth, it was service pack 2 that actually got me there but non the less, you got me where I needed to be. I actually had fixed it before I saw your post Ken but I will seek out keyboard shortcuts since you peeked my interest. The support this forum provides is enough to make me keep seeking out Corel products. Thanks again.

Re: No "next" button in Prox2
I know this thread is old, but I'm having similar problems with X2 running under Windows 7. Since the product is legacy, none of the patches are available on the Corel website or the FTP site. Is there any other place where they can be downloaded? Thanks in advance

I'll have a look in my archives a bit later and see if I still have them and will send them to you
In the meantime you will have to use the keyboard short cut of 'alt+N' to advance (press the 'alt' key and N at the same time)

Re: No "next" button in Prox2
Sorry ramke23 - I do not appear to have the X2 patches in my archive - so unless anyone else has them you will need to continue with the 'alt+N' option
