...though FWIW, I just posted the preceding msg at 8 a.m. on 13 July Australian EST, but it came up (immediately) as 1:24 pm on 12 July (GMT?) In other words, the messages post immediately (so no 'conspiracy' there), but it seems (amusingly) that Ulead's server clock is out by quite a few hours. I note the small print below right of these messages that 'All times are GMT - 8 hours' (not sure why they chose that since Ulead's HQ are in Taiwan). But by my admittedly shaky calculations, my msg should have showed 3 pm on 12 July if the clock was accurate.
If you go into Profile at top of page you can adjust the the Timezone accordingly. I have mine set to 10 Hours ahead of GMT as they are on daylite saving at present. I am 30 mins behind you.
However, while the date is correct for my posting the time of posting is showing 10 mins before I submit it.
David
That'll do me nicely lad
Aye, but that's no how you make porridge Jimmy
Thanks for that David!! I haven't had time to work it all out, but my first answer was posted either 24 minutes after, or 36 minutes before I actually posted it...
ADDENDUM: and now, looking at this post, it seems to have occuured the 36 minutes before!!!
may I then send you a few long VS9 projects, so you could render them at 8264KB variable, two-pass, non-square pixels, 100% quality and send the MPG back before reading the mail?
It would relieve my old 2800MHz CPU.
I think we need Lt commander Data of STNG to sort this one out........
Must be something to do with time warping etc.
Maybe......just maybe............we could configure a Tachyon pulse on the high E.M bandwidth to......well you guys know how the rest goes in Star Trek
